An unprecedented opportunity has resulted from the tidal wave of residential foreclosures. The dramatic downturn of the housing market and simultaneous collapse of credit markets has created the perfect storm to acquire quality assets at significant discounts. Our residential acquisition funds focus on the purchase of bank owned property (REO) primarily single-family homes in quality neighborhoods that will be appealing to first time buyers both today and in the future. We feel that this property type and price point will always be in demand, allow for excellent cash flow, and be among the first to appreciate upon stabilization.
This strategy allows you to embrace real estate without the effort of day-to-day management or having to personally take title to property, but still reap the benefits of both cash flow and equity.

Multifamily Strategic Acquisition Partnerships
We believe there will continue to be tremendous buying opportunities in the $5M and under multifamily arena and are prepared to take advantage of these opportunities. National REIS believes in maintaining a conservative approach while achieving above average returns and prefers to acquire these assets for all cash and only utilize leverage upon stabilization. These partnerships are cash flow driven with the intent to maximize equity through economical renovations, effective management, and typically have a holding period of three to seven years.
