NREIS Value Partners, LP a $2.5M private fund. 

NREIS Value Partners, LP is a private fund that is geared to allow individual investors the benefits of purchasing, renovating, leasing and selling both single family REO properties and apartment buildings through a passive investment.

Closed Partnerships:

National REIS Equity Partners I, LLC-$500,000 Residential acquisition fund that acquires, renovates and sells single family REO’s. This partnership has averaged our investors over 12.5% ROI/yr since inception in March 2009.

National REIS Equity Partners II, LLC-$600,000 Residential acquisition fund that acquires, renovates, leases and sells single family REO property. This partnership is on pace to yield our investors over 13% ROI/yr.

Incline Apartments, LLC -$500,000 Multi Family partnership that purchased a distressed 40 Unit Apartment complex in Cincinnati OH. Since the purchase in December 2009 National REIS has managed the renovation and leasing of 32 units. As of June 2010 the Gross Income has increased by 110% to $16,000/month and will generate over 18% ROI/yr. Upon stabilization, the property will be worth ~$800,000.
